Growth Is NOT the Only Answer

Think about it: Why do we want more revenue? Why do we want a bigger top line? The whole point of having revenue is to produce Profits and the point of Profits is to produce Cash Flow. In other words, the whole point of being in business is to get Rich, not just get Big! I have no interest in growing the biggest tumor just so I can say “I’m the biggest!”
